What is your standard shipping time within the UK?

Our standard shipping time within the UK is typically 3-5 working days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that during busy periods, shipping may take a little longer.

Do you offer express shipping?

No, we don't offer express shipping as we can't guarantee this via our courier network (we would rather be upfront instead of letting you down). 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method chosen. We also offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £30.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to several international destinations. Please note that shipping times and costs will vary depending on your location. For more details on international shipping, please check our Shipping Policy page.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order’s progress through our courier’s website.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase from It’s Jolie. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please visit our Returns Policy page for more details.

How do I return an item?

To return an item, please contact our customer service team at hello@itsjolie.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a returns form and instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@itsjolie.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that if your order has already been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Unfortunately we don't offer gift wrapping as a service.
